Feel free to cancel within a reasonable amount of time. Everything is discussed prior to your session and detailed in your personalized Home Organization Roadmap.

Organizing sessions could be booked individually or as packages for better value.

One session consists of 3 hours of hands-on organizing, staging, sorting, consolidating, recycling, donating, selling, creating zones for specific items, cleaning, and discarding unwanted items. We could label and color code specific zones according to your goals. We ensure that our customers receive their tax credit receipts from donations.

We are ProClean Organizers, so cleaning is as important to us as organizing. We have a proven method of cleaning that ensures no area of your home or office is left untouched. We can clean, tidy, and help you downsize as much as you feel comfortable.

We adhere to all CDC-compliant rules and regulations. We always wear our masks and our gloves, and practice recommended social distancing guidelines whenever in or around your home for your safety. And your privacy is our top concern.

Every Session is approximately $ 100.00

And that's 3 hours of Hands-on Organizing, Space Design, Cleaning, Product Recommendation, and Consulting. We are here to assist our clients in reaching their vision for each space. We design closets, install cabinets, put up shelves, paint, and even install molding and foot borders.

There are 5 sessions in each Package.

The cost of a Package is approximately $450.00 and that's 15 hours of hands-on Professional Organizing.

You get all 5 sessions for $315.00 if you pay in advance. A 20% discount.

Complete Home Organization

The ProClean Organizers method of organizing during a Complete Home Organization consists of having had created an Organizing Roadmap which basically serves to guide both ProClean Organizers and client throughout the whole process.

The ProClean Organizer's method of organizing during a Complete Home Organization varies according to the individual needs and priorities of each customer.

The ProClean Organizers method of organizing during a Complete Home Organization usually consists of grouping like items together according to function and attachment, if such information is not already made obvious.

There's a staging part of the process where we create zones.

Whatever was decided during the consolidation process is then actualized. We do lots of hands-on work but we are always very careful not only with your prized possessions and your privacy but with your safety and your health as well. That is why we not only practice safe social distancing, wear our safety masks and gloves, but we also use shoe covers whenever we enter anyone's home.

We make obvious distinctions between things that are going to be sold, recycled, donated, discarded or stored etc., and high attachment, high function items of course.

We then suggest areas where consolidation, downsizing, and simplification may be possible.

We offer expert product recommendations and space design solutions. Color coding and labeling for the systems and processes will not only get you organized but will you help you remain organized for a long time to come.

In-Home and Virtual Consultation

It is a 1-hour session.

The in-home or virtual consultation is scheduled after the initial conversation.

During an in-home or virtual consultation, a small introduction is presented to the client.

Questions are answered, time frames are discussed and any budget concerns are addressed.

We provide affordable discounts to seniors and handle all your hauling issues.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Disinfecting

We at ProClean Organizers make take the health, safety, and privacy of our clients very seriously. It is a priority for us to practice safe social distancing during meetings, projects, and sessions. We require that both appropriately wear a mask.

We, at ProClean Organizers, wear disposable gloves and shoe covers as an extra precaution. We follow all CDC guidelines and we provide a Covid-19 clean-up as a service.
We always wash hands after removing gloves, as described by the CDC.

What we do is that we clean any and all dirty surfaces with soap and water first,
and then we use disinfectant.
We wash our hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds.
We only disinfect with a household disinfectant on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Listed as category N: Disinfectants for Coronavirus (COVID-19) with the external icon which states exactly that.

The Home Organizing Roadmap is a project planning session. Conducted before any work is ever performed. It is to ensure that clients, and that we here at ProClean Organizers, are both on the same page. Our customers are people that want to get organized, live with less stress and become more productive. All we do is create systems and processes so they can actualize their vision.

The Home Organizing Roadmap comes after the initial consultation. Whether you just want to organize your home, or you're just looking to consolidate some things in certain places, ProClean Organizers has got your back. We help you to stay tidied up and organized.

It basically consist of a plan for every single room in your home that you would like organized.

For example, it will list the area of focus, whether it's a bedroom or garage. It will list your priority for the space. for example, you want to make a certain area an area where you could have your electronic devices, instead of having them scattered throughout the house. Perhaps you could become more productive and save time this way.

In this Home Organiziong Roadmap we will discuss the obstacles, what tasks need to be performed in order for come closer to our goal and finally the time frame it will take place.

Media Management

ProClean Organizers can assist clients in creating their cloud space, organizing media, and creating backups. Whether using external hard drives or managing files on your desktop, ProClean Organizers has the Media Management solution individually tailored to fit the specific needs of the customer.

Basement Organization

In Basement organization, we clean and organize your basement in 10 steps.

1. First, we clean the dust, clean and wipe down everything.

2. We take inventory of all of your items and we evaluate our organizational goals, referring back to our Home Organization Roadmap to ensure we are meeting the client's vision and needs for that particular space.

3. Thirdly, we consolidate, create zones and select our color coding sequence for each category of items.

4. Fourthly, we choose shelving units and come up with smart storage solutions that fit customers' individual needs. We take the customer's budget for each project into consideration and offer low-cost, DIY options that can be used as a good substitute

5. We then categorize your items and store them according to their color-coded zones.

6. We effectively label items and stored them in plastic bins and drawers.

7. We free up other areas of your home by assisting in the safe storage of other items throughout the house.

8. We then recycle, reuse or discard unwanted items.

9. A final cleaning, dusting, and mopping are performed.

10. Summary and final walkthrough is done with the client. Elaborating on and evaluating each organized area.

Closet Organization

The Closet Organization service can be achieved alone without remodeling if that is the desired result of the customer. Closet Organization is usually done n 10 easy steps:

Step 1:

Similar to most home organization projects, closets are downsized and decluttered first. This way we are able to assess the actual space versus the actual items we are looking to organize within that space. Items will be separated and then consolidated into those sections.

Step 2:

In this step, we donate, freecycle or discard items to maximize their use. Perhaps some items may be better suited for someone else. I sit own with clients and help them determine this. I would often incorporate the Kon Mari Method during this step which assists customers in selecting those articles of clothing that spark joy versus those things that we don't really value or use.

Step 3:

In the 3rd step, we do product recommendations. We will suggest a few designs and work according to customer needs and budget. Whether it’s suggesting a dresser below your hanging items or colored hangers, we select effective ways to upgrade any closet.

Hey guys,

My name is Mujahid the Meticulous. People look to me and to others in this profession to help them sort, consolidate, downsize and organize their personal belongings but we do everything from helping you remove, discard and sell your new or used things, to managing your recycling, to taking out the trash and of course of maintaining a neat and tidy living and work space.

I started organizing in NYC, where I learned how to tidy up in smaller living areas. During the four years that I lived in the Netherlands, I picked up the Dutch model for organizing and ran a cleaning company. Being neat and orderly has always been always a part of me. As a trained, certified and experienced Professional Organizer, I cheerlead and root for my customers first and foremost. I get to know them. I get them to work through obstacles and, with time, I help them make those personal realizations that will help curb disorganization. Aside from organizing, I provide Professional Assistance to business owners and people with not a lot of time on their hands.
